The Ophelia heart diamond halo necklace is crafted from 18 karat rose and white gold, embodying romance-inspired luxury. At its centre is a 0.20 carat heart-cut PC3 Argyle pink diamond, accompanied by an Argyle Lot Number for complete authenticity. Surrounding this rare heart-cut diamond is a heart-shaped halo of sixteen 6-7P Argyle pink diamonds, framed by an additional halo of fine white diamonds. Every detail has been meticulously crafted, with intricate feminine touches and a bezel-set diamond at the back of the piece, as a special surprise for the wearer. 40-45cm Chain Included.
